How Easy Is it to Change the Direction of a Lock?

Mortise locks are able to be "rehanded" - that is, they can be adjusted to work for either swing direction of the door on which they are installed. The process used to be extremely arduous, but modern locks are much easier.
This is probably not something that the average reader will ever have to do, but because Hager Companies made a detailed video about the process, we thought it would be worthwhile to share here for the curious.
